Priscilla Guettrot Law Firm (hereinafter the “Firm”) is extremely concerned by the protection of the personal data of the website users. By using the website of the Law Firm (hereinafter the “Site”), the user agrees to the collection and use of their personal data (hereinafter the “Data”) according to the terms and conditions provided in this Privacy Policy.

The Data collected and processed from the Site are processed by the Firm which is then considered as a data controller. The Data are collected thanks to the information given by the user of the Site, in particular when the user fills in the contact form in order to make an appointment or when they subscribe to a newsletter.

When the user of the Site completes the contact form, the Firm collects and processes the following data: surname, first name, phone number, email. The Data collected when registering to a newsletter are kept for the duration of the subscription from the date of registration until the end of the expiry date of the subscription.

The user has a right to information and access, a right to rectification, a right to restriction of processing of his or her data, a right to be forgotten, as well as the right to data portability, the right to object, the right to decide what happens to their Data after his or her death under the terms and conditions provided by the regulation in force.

The user is informed that he or she may withdraw his or her consent at any time. The withdrawal of consent to the processing of Data does not affect previous processing.
